We want you to love your Scamp & Dude purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the delivery note is included inside the parcel to help us identify your order.
Generate Your Label
Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download a prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage; we will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving the items.
